Inclusion in CleanDeck is not, by itself, a vetting claim. Unless a provider profile states a specific completed check, users should treat the provider as not verified by CleanDeck.

Evidence-based labels

Any future verification statement should name the check completed, review date and expiry where applicable—for example, an insurance document review. Paying CleanDeck never creates a verification badge.

Customer checks

Before appointing a cleaner, confirm identity, business details, insurance, safeguarding or specialist competence where relevant, scope, price and written terms directly with the provider.
