Nature of the service

CleanDeck is a cleaning marketplace and lead-generation service. It is not the cleaning contractor and is not a party to agreements between customers and providers unless expressly stated.

No guarantee

Provider relevance, availability, response times, prices and outcomes are not guaranteed. Users are responsible for checking provider credentials, insurance, fees and contractual terms.

Acceptable use

Visitors must not submit false, unlawful, abusive or unauthorised information, interfere with the website, or misuse provider and contact information.

Commercial relationships

Providers may pay subscription, lead or featured-listing fees, and CleanDeck may receive affiliate or referral commission. Paid and affiliate placements are disclosed where relevant.

Accuracy and availability

CleanDeck aims to keep location, service and provider information useful, but information can change and may contain errors. Corrections can be requested through the Contact page.
